Occasionally, system errors or technical glitches may occur, which we resolve promptly.

We don’t manually create accounts, nor do we store your private data. AppleSMM.com operates as a reseller panel and API distributor, using secure third-party providers.

We’ve been working in the SMM field since 2017 and running panels since 2019. Your funds are always safe and transactions are fully transparent.

By using our website or placing an order, you automatically agree to the following rules and terms.

⚙️ General Rules

✅ Creating an account or placing an order means you accept our Terms & Conditions.
✅ Your social media account must be public, not private, before placing any order.
✅ Orders for private/hidden accounts, deleted posts, or restricted content will be marked Completed with no refund.
✅ Do not place multiple orders for the same link simultaneously. Wait for the first one to finish.
✅ Avoid placing orders related to adult, political, or hateful content. Such requests will be blocked immediately.
✅ If your payment fails or gets stuck, simply message us on WhatsApp — your money is completely safe.
✅ Once you add funds, they remain in your AppleSMM wallet. Refunds to bank accounts are not possible.
✅ Using our payment details (UPI/Paytm) for your own website or business is strictly prohibited.
✅ Funds cannot be deducted without your consent — only through service usage.
✅ Any fraudulent activity, payment manipulation, or abuse will result in permanent suspension.
✅ Do not switch your account from Public to Private after placing an order — it will be marked as Completed without a refund.

🔁 Refill Policy

Refill is provided only under specific conditions:

• No refill if you change your username or make your account private.

• Refill applies per Order ID, not by link.

• Formula for refill eligibility:
  Start Count + Ordered Quantity = End Count
  Example: If you start with 1000 followers and buy 1000 more, refill applies only if the count drops below 2000 (but remains above 1000).

• No refill for drops under 10% of the total order.

• Use the Refill button on your Orders Page or contact support — avoid placing a new order until the first is fully refilled.

• Typical refill time: 24–72 hours, but may extend during Instagram updates or provider overloads.

• If you already have a large base (e.g., 10K followers) and order small amounts (e.g., 1K), natural drops may occur — no refill applies.

• For accounts between 50K–1M, refill applies only if the new order is 30% or more of your total followers.

• No refills for Flagged, Empty, or No-Post accounts.

• Refills are valid only if:

  • Drop exceeds 10%

  • Username remains unchanged

  • Followers are not mixed from multiple providers

💰 Refund Policy

• No refund if you order the same link on multiple panels simultaneously.

• Wrong or invalid links will automatically be canceled and refunded to your AppleSMM wallet.

• Partial refunds apply for undelivered portions (e.g., 1000 ordered, 500 delivered → 50% refund).

• Canceled orders receive a 100% wallet refund.

• For running orders, refunds depend on service type — not all services qualify.

• Once an order is marked Completed, report any issue within 24 hours for a possible solution.

• “No Refill” services are non-refundable once delivery begins.

• During social media platform updates (e.g., Instagram changes), only partial refunds may apply.

• Username changes or dishonest refill claims may result in permanent ban.

• AppleSMM.com operates as a multi-provider system, and technical errors may occur occasionally — always stay calm and report via ticket or WhatsApp.

📌 Important Notes

• Don’t click on spam notifications from Instagram about removing fake followers. If you do and followers drop, no refill will apply.

• Keep all your Order IDs and proof (screenshots) ready when requesting refills.

• For Live Views, take clear screenshots showing time, username, and count. Fake evidence will lead to suspension.

• A 100% drop is not possible for high-quality or “old account” services.

• Always inform your clients about these conditions if you are a reseller.

🚫 Behavior Policy

• Any abuse, threats, or disrespect toward the support team will lead to immediate and permanent account suspension.

• Harassment, blackmail, or refund manipulation attempts will be legally reported.

👉 नया ऑर्डर लगाने या अकाउंट बनाने का मतलब है कि आप हमारी Terms & Conditions को मान चुके हैं।
👉 आपका अकाउंट हमेशा Public होना चाहिए, Private अकाउंट पर ऑर्डर पूरा मान लिया जाएगा।
👉 Payment फेल होने या Pending होने की स्थिति में घबराएँ नहीं — आपका पैसा 100% सुरक्षित है।
👉 फंड एक बार जोड़ने के बाद बैंक में रिफंड नहीं होंगे, बल्कि आपके AppleSMM वॉलेट में रहेंगे।
👉 किसी भी प्रकार की गाली-गलौज, धमकी या गलत व्यवहार पर आपका अकाउंट Suspend कर दिया जाएगा।
👉 Refill केवल उन्हीं केस में मिलेगा जब Drop 10% से अधिक हो और अकाउंट Public हो।
👉 गलत लिंक या Non-working लिंक पर ऑर्डर Cancel होकर Refund मिल जाएगा।
👉 Multi-Vendor सिस्टम होने के कारण कभी-कभी Error हो सकता है — कृपया Support Team से संपर्क करें।
